Extended Maintenance Period Scheduled for Student Information System (PeopleSoft) Hardware Upgrades

An extended outage has been scheduled for the Student Information (PeopleSoft) System. The hardware supporting this system will be upgraded during this time. The Student Information System, including student and faculty service centers available through the my.pitt.edu Web portal, will be unavailable beginning at 11:00 p.m. Thursday, July 3. Work is scheduled to continue until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5; however, the system will be made available if work is completed ahead of schedule. This upgrade is necessary to maintain the stability and reliability of the Student Information System.
